I recently had my carpet cleaned. They upcharged me for "Fiber Rinse".
$105 extra on a $120 job.
What is "Fiber Rinse"? Should it be part of cleaning, or should it
cost extra.

Sounds like a squirrely way of pricing. Get in the door at a cheap
price, then upcharge etc.
How much carpet did they clean? You may have ended up reasonably
anyhow.
