I bought the Fluidmaster Complete Toilet Repair Kit at Home Depot this
past weekend for about $20 to fix a toilet that had developed a water
leak from the tank into the bowl due to a worn out flapper valve. It
was constantly running and sometimes would refill by itself.

The kit seemed like the easiest way to solve the one problem and also
prevent the other common issues from developing due to corroded tank
bolts, old gaskets, faulty valves, etc.

It took me a little less than an hour to finish since I took my time
and was snapping pictures of the process. I created a guide to help
out others.

Here's the guide -

I hope someone finds it to be useful.

Cheers,
Paul
