I'm FINALLY going to paint the exterior of our house (Cement block
construction in Florida). As I feel a little wary of hanging off a
ladder and painting the gables, I'm going to hire someone to do that
and I'll get to do the rest. I'd really appreciate any pointers
including what to use in a pressure washer (bleach or special type
cleaner or ?) and is pressure washing something that a novice/female
can do or should I hire someone to do it?, Should I paint and aluminum
soffits or just pressure wash them? What other prep work should I do
(fill holes/cracks with something?), What brand/type paint do you
suggest? I'm thinking of using a roller & brush. Any and all
suggestions appreciated.
