I've been getting these offers in the mail to refinance my existing home
loan, with no out of pocket costs at all.  Is this really true, or do you have
to pay other fees that they don't mention, like title company fees (appraisal,
etc)?

I've been getting a lot of these offers in the mail to where you can
refinance an existing loan, with no closing cost.  Is this really true where you
as a home-owner, would have absolutely no out of pocket costs from refinancing?
Or would you still have to pay title, appraisal, etc fees?

you

Of course you still have to pay it all.  It gets rolled into your
loan.  So instead of paying a few hundred bucks, you get to pay
several times more than that, over the life of the loan.  :-)

It's actually quite hard to believe that you own a house.

Since we don't know whom they are from, why don't you call one and ask for
the details.  Be sure to ask about the APR of the no cost loan and compare
it to a traditional loan from someone else.  By doing that you might learn
the true cost of a "no cost" loan.

Ablang, are you really interested in this?  Or is this another of your
random posts where you NEVER participate in any discussion that might
result?

No reply from you will be taken to mean it is another of your meaningless
one liners.
