Which concrete sealant and/or stain should be used on a basement floor?
There are a number of products advertised for basement floors. I don't have
any water problems.
2 part EPOXYCoatings
concrete stain
spray/roll on contrete sealers
I have yet to figure out what is best.

Depends on what your goal is and what the expected traffic will be. If your goal
is just dust elimination, the sealers will work fine. If it's foot traffic only,
stain resistance, looks and dust elimination, the stains work fine.
If you want to stand up to anything up to and including nuclear weapons
discharge, hot tires and red kool-aid, the two part epoxies are best. I wouldn't
use anything else, but keep in mind that you don't want any exposed flames (ie
pilot lights) or living creatures nearby for a few days until the fumes
dissipate.

I'd like it all from one product. I like the look of stains, paints, and
epoxies, but I also like the sealant properties of the sealers.
Traffic can be high in some spots.

Two part expoxies will seal better than anything else and they are available in
any mixable color.
