Does anyone know of a machine that will roll wheat kernals into
flakes? I can find many that will roll oats, but they hiccup when it
comes to wheat. Please advise!

Sprout the wheat (it only needs to sprout a bit to be edible, no need
for major growth) and then you can have crunchy cereal.
