I'm looking for tips on filing Chapter 7.
Had a lot of medical bills last year, my work slowed down by 25%, my
pay was decreased, my wife lost her job, and ... well, that's enough.
I'm looking for tips on anything related to filing Chapter 7:
How to find a GOOD attorney,
Things to be careful about in the process,
Questions to ask the attorneys at consultation meetings,
Best time to file,
How to deal with collections phone calls,
etc, etc.

My best advice is to not spend money you don't have.

Check with your local Bar Association for a legal referral. In some
communities, the Bar Association can set you up with a one-time
consultation with an attorney for a nominal fee.
