Target has the $100 refill card for $88 including a free Nokia 6030 phone.
I haven't seen any other equivalent offer -- even without the phone -- since
I started shopping for prepaid plans when CallPlus announced the demise of
the AT&T TDMA network.
I'll feed in the refill in April and hang onto the phone just in case.
