It's a cheapo bike, probably Chinese. Still, the pedal and crank are
critical safety items. If they break, you can really go down hard. The
Chinese often disregard customer safety. I have a Chinese trail bike
that is very durable. When you buy Chinese, it's always a crap shoot,
and sometimes just crap.
