The Ale House on Orange Blossom Trail is good and reasonable.
Golden Corral is great; not sure the price but I think $12 or under for
dinner; not sure about lunch but might be around $7; that's on International
Drive and Sand Lake Road but there might be another one in Kissimee.  Vito's
is great but expensive, but if you want a special treat; that's on
International Drive and requires reservations.  Cheesecake Factory is good
too, mid priced; that might be in Millenium mall, I forget but there's a few
of those.
Cici's Pizza has cheap buffets but I don't really like the food there; bland
salad and doughy pizza.

A good resource for this kind of info is tripadvisor.com -- I've used
them several times with good results.  I have no interest in their web
site other than being a satisfied consumer.

Try asking on the newsgroup rec.arts.disney.parks, or just do a google
search for "Orlando buffet" to see what turns up.

Try the Shoney's on US 192 just west of Entry Point Road. Nice buffet/salad
bar, reasonable price.

And there's a Dunkin' Donuts within easy walking distance.  :-)

As for non-buffet restaurants, there's plenty of them along 192.
