I'm looking for a clock radio that has a double display - facing in
opposite directions. My dorm has two bets with a little table between
them. Each one of us has to get up at a different time, and we're only
allowed to plug in so many things. Is there such a clock radio?

Don't know of any with dual displays, but there are few that will let
you program two different alarms.
Let your fingers do the walking with Google.
Here is one example:

Yup. Just about every clock radio on the market has dual alarm clock
settings. You can just position the clock radio so that both of you can
easily see it.

they don't really draw that much current. I'm sure a doo-hickey that
lets you plug in more than two units into a duplex would be cool.
Make sure the building doesn't have aluminum wiring. OK?

Buy two identical clock radios which have controls on the face instead
of the top. Build a box, large enough to hold the two clock-radios
facing in opposite directions, with fitted openings for them and enough
room internally to hold the cube-tap head of an inexpensive extension
cord as well as the two clock-radio cords. Finish the box in your choice
of colors, stains, or abstract art.
Mount the clock radios so they don't slide when buttons are being pushed
or the box is being moved. Plug the clock radios into the extension cord
and run the single cord out through a notch.
Poof! You have a single item with separately controllable clock radio
functionality.
