Does freezing automatic credit line increases hurt your credit score?

Anyone know?

One of my credit cards is more aggressive than the rest about
automatically increasing my line of credit. (It's at the point of being
silly - I could go out and charge a car on it...) The interest rate on
the card is ridiculous and I would never run a balance of any sort on
the card at the interest rate they have it set at.

If I put a freeze on these automatic credit line increases on that one
card will that hurt my credit score?

One other thing I'm concerned about is that since this card is so quick
to jump and increase my credit line that it prevents other cards that
I'm more inclined to use from increasing their credit limit.

N.B.: I'm just talking about playing the "credit score rating game" here
and how best to manipulate the system to get my credit score as high as
possible. Conversely, I don't want to put anything in place that will
hurt my credit score either. It's already a nice number and I just don't
want it to go down by making a bad decision. I'm certainly not looking
for a way to run up balances. Frugal people don't do that sort of thing.
8-)
