Shopping at one of these surplus grocery stores that has a habit of
selling outdated products, partly spoiled products and mispriced
products, mixed in with an occasional good deal.
Manager tells me he has no obligation to put the expiration date on
packages of frozen berries, some brands of which he has been peddling
that were partly spoiled. Any law or regulation that says he has to do
this. The package had some kind of code on it but he told me he could
not (probably too lazy to) tell me the meaning of the code.
