if someone sneezes/coughs near by , turn away and resist inhaling for a moment.
Move away, if possible. OK.
and don't forget to wash your hands . frequently.

If you can't avoid crowded conditions, if you are near someone coughing
or sneezing turn away , don't inhale until you do and wash your hands
frequently. And use a Neti Pot. Google it.
An ounce of prevention is..... worth a pound of cure.
And tell of friend about this.

News story has people buying up paper masks like crazy. According to
