I live alone so have to be careful abt buying fresh
food as it will go bad on my erratic eating style. At
times I will eat out a lot of the food will spoil.....
at other times I eat at home and do not have that
problem.
Having said that I came across some frozen vegetable
packs from Birds Eye. See link

These packs have a mix of vegetables in them and appear
to be simple and easy to prepare.
Could buying frozen combos like these actually be
cheaper in long run for a single person like me?
Bottom line.... do you find FRIZEN veggies to be more
cost effective than buying fresh all the time?

My guess is yes.

You don't have to buy the single serving sizes of frozen veggies. Buy the
regular bags and take out what you need. Reseal with a twist tie. Unless you
leave them in the freezer for months, they will keep just fine.
Fresh is great in season...but usually takes longer to prepare.

OK
In the past Id usually buy a fresh head of
broccoli..... maybe fresh carrots...etc.
With these "mixes" though.....I can get a little of
everything veggie wise.
Am I losing any nutritional value buying frozen tho?
