Can anyone direct me to good reading or other resources for
researching the availability of annuity or other retirement saving
options available in the U.S. for someone with still a number of
decades to go before retirement age? I wanted to research the topic
more fully and get off to a better start with more research rather
than leave things loose past when good planning could have helped.
Any helpful feedback appreciated,

Start at your local public library. There are also some good online
resources such as http://www.bankrate.com and
http://www.consumerreports.org where you might find some information.
