Access which includes archives dating to 1981 and the opinion pages
is limited to home delivery subscribers or those who pay $50 a year.
Buy a Saturday only home delivery at the into half price rate of 50
cents a copy. Register at nytimes.com. When the discount ends cancel the
sub. Circulation does not notify the web site and you keep the access.

I believe it only works for the free part. The subscription part has
archives and op-ed.
