A new meta-analysis of ten large clinical trials has been done by a
group in Cologne, Germany, and reported on at http://shamvswham.blogspot.com/ .
Today's story about the comparison between Hot Cocoa consumption vs.
tea is an interesting one, as it was discovered that Hot Cocoa has as
much benefit as some blood pressure medications which can cost upwards
of $50 a month. Read more in the daily health and wellness compendium,
"Sham vs. Wham: The Health Insider."

Please stop posting forged spam. It can't be easily filtered, at least
without filtering all users from from your ISP (cox.net), so it's
abusive by itself.
Instead, I suggest you read this:

Summary: blocking all posts from Google Groups as a "Usenet Improvement
Project". I've been reluctant to do it, but finally started trying
it since yesterday. The noise level drop is amazing.

Warren,
I didn't post that. Some yahoo thinks its funny to forge people's
emails, not realizing that there is a way to backtrack on the clone.
My post was not a spam message. It describes a legitimate subject of
interest to many readers, who may want to dump their expensive blood
pressure meds in order to substitute the hot cocoa described in this
clinical trial. All the relevant data is in the post -- they need to
click through to my blog only if they want my analysis.
