The site quotes a rate of $56.70 per month from California. I get
unlimited calls plus all those features from IDT for $35 a month.

Most any VOIP service runs less than $30 a month and some as low
as $15. If you have a cell phone then it's likely you get more
minutes than you can possibly use. Dumping the land line for the
cell phone you already pay for can save you money without costing
anything extra. Skype PC-to-PC calls are free.

All of that aside, the first rule is... Never buy from a spammer.
The second rule is... Never talk about buying from a spammer or
people will laugh at you.

We actually market VOIP as a side line but I tell companies it is
best if they have overseas offices and limit it to calls to their own
offices.

P.S. The link does not give a number to call for more information.
Also, when requesting rates you should never have to give anything
beyond your area code and prefix. There is no need for them to have the
entire number to give you a rate quote.
