Anyone heard from Pat Meadows recently? She has kinda dropped off the
net as of early this year.

Nah. I've not heard from her directly since Sept. '04. As far as I
can tell, her seed selling site has not been updated since the '07
gardening season except for a new copyright notice on the order page:
