i have this 28oz can of puree tomato's and need to know how I can use
it up...possibly an italian sauce? Would welcome a recipe.

While in high school, we were encouraged to keep a daily journal.

Google tomato puree recipe, you'll find an endless list of possibles.

Tomato soup.
Saute some minced onion and garlic in your favorite cooking fat (I
generally use
olive oil). Add the tomato puree, an equal volume of chicken broth,
and
whatever herbs strike your fancy. If you absolutely must, you can add
some
sugar, but I like the tangy flavor as is.
