My family and I are moving to the Seattle area, and will need to get set
up with phone, internet, and cell phones. Cable would be a bonus, but I
wouldn't want to spend much money on it.
Any suggestions about an economical way to do this? I am willing to go
without a landline if the cell deal is good enough. Unlimited long
distance would be nice, as we do a lot of long distance calling, both to
the U.S. (including Hawaii) and Canada. Broadband internet is a must,
though we don't need the ultrafast option or much upload bandwidth.
There are 4 members in my family, so it'd be nice if we could all have
cell phones on a single plan, but we'll go with only 2 if the price is
prohibitive.
Companies you'd suggest? Companies to avoid? VOIP? Cable vs. DSL?
Thanks for your help.

I can only comment on cell service. From personal experience in the area
I'd recommend AT&T or Sprint for cell service. Avoid T-Mobile; they have
spare coverage outside of metro Seattle.
