Flour tortilla, smear of refritos, sprinkle of cheese, spoonful of
Rotel.  2-3 minutes on the undressed side in a no-stick skillet, roll,
enjoy.

Love this idea for a thread.

I bought some of those little frozen dough balls that you thaw and bake into
dinner rolls. After they thaw and rise, you can flatten them between two
sheets of plastic wrap (otherwise they stick to your hands) and drop them
into a skillet with a half inch or so of hot oil. Brown on both
sides--they'll puff up and cook inside. Then you can sweeten them with
whatever you want--I used a mixture of brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon
and crushed pecans. The only caution is you have to eat them while they're
fresh and hot <g>. Later they get kind of doughy and tough.
