AFAIK passports are required. I've used one for years.
J D Brown DDS, Yuma AZ (near border in SW AZ) 928-341-9900. I've been going
to him for decades. Fairly low prices. I've had bad luck with Mexican
dentists. And eye doctors too for that matter. But I still buy prescription
drugs there.
