The best way is with what was designed to clean spark plugs,
sort of like a sandblaster for the end that goes inside the engine.
You screw the plug into the machine and turn it on etc.
Dunno if they are still around anymore, last time
I used one was something like 50 years ago now.

The best plugs should last 50K or so in those,
