In context, "you people who pay taxes or for insurance" indicated the OP pays
neither.
Besides, the "working poor" can also take advantage of community hospitals,
free/low-cost clinics, or any other medical facility that will accept them. The
Community hospital ER is the one that HAS TO accept them, at least for
evaluation and treatment of life-threatening emergencies.

Yeah, me too.
And its also important to avoid the terminal stupiditys like smoking
and obesity that produce quite a few of the illnesses too.
I also avoid the sillier sports that produced most medical problems too.
