Evangelical militant atheism
Seen increasingly in Newspapers, Online , and Television, today the
term "evangelical militant atheism" may be used by theists as an
epithet for the "militant evolutionists who want to silence the idea
of creation". It is sometimes used pejoratively to describe people who
are considered to campaign too actively, in your face and outspokenly
– or militantly – for atheism and against religion: "those who
advocate the elimination of religion" as opposed to "progressive,
enlightened people who are simply 'nonbelievers'.
How strong is YOUR belief? Can it withstand any ATTACK ?

I am of two minds on the subject of religion. Sometimes I think it is
a fine thing for those who need it. Other times I think it is the
most
pernicious evil and mankind has ever perpetrated on itself.

You know, I thought of providing an example of religious intolerance
and
evangelical Christianity, but I couldn't narrow it down to just one.
