Sell your home with help from St. Joe ?

 We had trouble selling a "white elephant" once.
So we asked st. joseph for help and we sold within a month.
We are now asking for help getting a reverse mortgage.

Well, I think you have another white elephant there VFW so who knows?
You had no success six months ago when the economy was about twice as
good. At the time your place had no value to anybody worth reversing
it. Have you recently discovered a gold mine? Where is a link to the
pictures?
Think about changing strategy to St. Jude, patron saint of the
hopeless.

My post was not meant to seem mean spirited, rather to reflect
reality.
I stated back last fall when you first posited the question about
reverse  mortgages that your major benefit from the property has been
the low cost and easy living all this time. Your property continues to
pay you that dividend. To expect an outsider to pay you to keep living
there is a low probability gamble in these perilous economic times. If
you could possibly quality for a 30 year low interest mortgage it
would outlive you and accomplish the same result. Tha't likely out of
the question too for the same reasons that prevent the reverse. How
about renting a room out? I see that going on all over our area for
the first time in my life.
