How much would they save people who have non-solar water heaters costing
some little fraction of $400/month?
I thought families with gas water heaters usually paid a heck of a lot
less than $400/month, even in Philadelphia with its costly city-owned gas
utility! I thought many homes even in Philadelphia only cost about that
much in winter months to heat with gas!
