The first card listed is the so called Penny Card which claims to
charge a penny a minute for domestic calls. You have to dig deep into
the site to read about the 49 cent connect charge which means a one
minute call is 50 cents and a ten minute call winds up costing 5.9 cents
a minute.

Are you sure that's not limited only from Pakistan where the spam was
initiated?

Having been in the business I can assure you that the card will
always allow you to make a one minute call for 50 cents within the U.S.
They also have a 90 cent surcharge on calls from pay phones although
their actual cost for that expense is 49 cents and unspecified
surcharges "may occur" (have you ever seen a products that says an
unspecified charge "may occur" where that charge does not occur?) even
though a call from a cell incurs no additional expense to the company.
