You should have learned your lesson from the time you treated your

Cheapest way to treat lice? Go to the drugstore and pick up a bottle
of RID. A small bottle is somewhere around $5. Read the ingredients.
Go over to the pet supply section and find a bottle of flea and tick
shampoo for dogs. Read the ingredients. At $2.50 for a big giant
bottle you can treat the whole family and pour some into the laundry
and still have enough for next time.

Actually RID doesn't do that great a job at getting rid of lice anymore.
More and more people are finding that they are wasting money on lice
medications. I never tried flea and tick shampoo, though. Hair conditioner
and a lice comb worked fine to get rid of it for us. You have to do it for
2-3 days straight but then it's over.

I would just shave off my hair in the affected area. My normal hair
length is about 1 cm, so it is not much of a big deal.
