I'm always getting confused about storing vinegar's , balsamic and
regular. After opening them, do they go into the fridge, or on a
pantry shelf?

I keep mine on a pantry shelf. I suppose it wouldn't hurt anything if you
put it in the fridge if you have room.

Nothing about storage or expiration dates
