What's a good auto repair shop labor rate these days?

    I'm looking for a new auto shop, and was wondering 2 things:

1) is there a good online resource where people have posted reviews of
this sort of thing?

2) What's a good "ceiling" price per hour for labor that I should use?
I called Pep Boys, and they want $94 an hour.  That seems a little high
to me, but maybe prices have gone up....
