Hi

We are members of Costco and live in the SF Bay Area, CA.

We are thinking of switching both auto and home insurance
from State Farm
to Ameriprise which is offered thru Costco.

The premiums thru Ameriprise appear to be less than State Farm.


Has anyone had any experiences with Ameriprise - either auto or home
insurance?
How are their claims folks ?
Do they make a fuss paying up ?
Any input ? pointers ?
