I used the Bigzoo long distance service for years and was very pleased.
When they went out of business earlier this year, I switched to
onesuite.com but have been quite dissatisfied with the connection quality
of my phone calls. I experience a lot of latency (ie. delay between when
you say something and the other person hears it), and general poor quality.
People I'm calling are always asking me to repeat myself.
Has anyone found a similarly priced alternative with better call quality?
Thanks,
Maxine

Do not know what price range you were in but IDT gives me unlimited
local, toll and long distance calling along with caller ID, privacy
manager, three way and call waiting for $39 (with the taxes and fees it
becomes $51).
Quality is excellent. Customer service answers very quickly and the
people are actually in the U.S.

We use MSN Long Distance (Covista). 3.9 cents per minute with no
monthly fee (if you pay with CC or Debit card).

I've used EGC for almost 2 years now, not a single problem of any kind,
3.9 cents per min, no monthly fee. USA and Canada and very resonable
rate to Mexico.
