I'm looking for replacement pipe Jaws that go in a vice.
The vice is no longer made (of course).
The jaws are reversable and as in the photo have numbers.
The jaws ride freely over the 5/8" screw.
Here is a picture of the vice

and here are the broken jaws

I've already checked with several manufacturers.
Thanks for hints on how to repair/replace/do-without.
If you know what on earth the numbers on the jaws mean, I would love to
hear your theory!

From the look of the broken ends, they're cast iron. Have
them brazed back together, and use a bit more care to
not stress the prongs that sit over the threaded rod when
you're clamping pipe.
Or, take them in to a machine shop and see if any of the
old hands can come up with a replacement option short of
machining a new set (a new vice would probably be cheaper).
