I am trying to communicate with the seller but have not been successful
yet for a cell phone battery that arrived defective (am going to wait a
couple more days to see if he responds). I filed a dispute with paypal
which will communicate with the seller and I will see how it turns out.
Has anyone here had any problems like this? How did you respond?
(aside from a negetive review of the seller which I will wait before
doing. What I noticed usually happens though is that the seller
responds with some line saying that he wants to resolve it etc. and I
have never seen anyone respond to the response so I presume it is not
possible).
Can you dispute paypal credit card charges in a situation like this?
