self directed Roth IRA

 

   I've come into a bit of money and I'd like to set up an investment
(for retirement).

   At the moment, houses are cheap, and there is a demand for rentals.
I'm thinking of a self directed Roth IRA, to own part of a house.

   Any recommendations on self directed Roth IRAs? What I have seen so
far wants to put the money in Mutual Funds, and that is not what I want.
