Having been with Pageplus for a few years, I regret to say that I can
no longer recommend them. Here is a copy of my current support ticket
with them:

I have tried repeatedly to add minutes to my phone using the #737
number and cannot get through to buy minutes with a credit card and
cannot get a customer service rep to pick up. (I tried about fifteen
times over a half-hour period)

I tried dialing the 1-800 number using my phone and couldn't because I
had no minutes left.

I went to a store that serves Pageplus and asked for a PIN for $20
worth of air time. The pin I was given says it is NON-REFUNDABLE and
will change the terms of my contract to charge me $4.49 every day. I
was not told in advance of purchase that this is what would happen and
I do NOT agree to it.

I tried calling the 1-877-510-1662 number on the receipt to resolve
the issue, but couldn't from my cell phone because I didn't have
minutes and didn't want to change my plan by activating the new pin
number.

Now that I am at a land line, that phone number gives a fast busy
signal, so I have tried #737, the 800 number (which gives an "I'm
sorry, all circuits are busy now"), a pin card, the 877 number, and
now as a last resort I am using this email form.

I am absolutely furious at the utter lack of service and incompetence.
ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS PAY THE COMPANY MONEY SO I COULD GET MORE
MINUTES. What kind of IDIOT company makes that impossible and loses
either customers or income because of being cheap on hiring
representatives?

I WANT the deceptive $20 purchase of a changed plan turned into $20 of
REGULAR PLAN minutes on my Pageplus phone. I want it done
immediately. You may contact me by email. My Pageplus phone does
not work in this fringe area.

I'm about ready to drop my Pageplus phones into the garbage.
